EZ Works is seeking a Manager-level technology professional to maintain and operate our analytics and fintech platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the system, providing technical assistance to end-users, and building a technology team over time. As a hands-on technologist, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting and resolving issues and ensuring accurate information and analytics for the users.

  • Monitor and maintain the stability, performance, and availability of the system, ensuring uninterrupted service to end-users.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues related to employee data, payroll and benefits information, and related analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and answering queries, and assisting with system navigation.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and address data inconsistencies, ensuring the accuracy of employee records and information.
  • Assist in the implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Train end-users on system functionality, promoting efficient and effective use of the system.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, ensuring compliance and security.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support for critical system issues or escalations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a technical field, information systems, or a related field; candidates with Master’s degree or advanced certifications preferred.
  • Work experience in technology development, production support or application support.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to provide exceptional support to end-users.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Proficient in database (SQL), scripting languages (PowerShell or Python), and Java & JavaScript.
