The employee-first mindset of the EZ Works platform is the right one. Employees want to access multiple systems for basic information, and some functions such as stock compensation are inherently hard to navigate and comprehend. As businesses grow and add more employees, I see value in a systems solution that allows HR to scale with limited resources and still satisfy the employees.
